Finishing Team Leader
I started off my Augustus Martin journey back in 2007 as an agency worker, picking and packing within the finishing team. 4 years later, I took the jump to become a full-time member of staff, taking up the role of supervisor assistant. With the guidance and support of my colleagues, I progressed to supervisor, and now the team leader. I love the challenge that comes everyday, but as they say ”what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”, and in my case it gives me more experience. The people here at AM are the biggest enjoyment, and they are always supportive when trying to implement change for the greater good.
