AFD can take your entire out-of-home or POS communication and execute perfect installations every time, working to your planogram or specific store level requirements. Whether it’s a new store fit-out, a departmental update or a shelf-edge refresh, we can take care of it.
Every week our teams visit between 1500 and 2500 locations across the UK. During each visit our teams capture data and imagery through our online Com-Ply portal. Our clients can review this information in real time without leaving their desks. This allows them to track their rollout programmes, merchandising tasks and site audits at a high level or dive down into the detail.
Head of Operations AFD
Around 7 years ago I joined AFD. My role includes all aspects of graphic and POS installation from quoting, planning and resourcing one off bespoke installations to Nationwide Campaigns. This includes liaising with clients and other departments at Augustus Martin to agree the best solution for the project at hand.
I enjoy the challenge of delivering large campaigns for our clients, and especially seeing finished projects and the transformation we have delivered. I love working collaboratively with the departments at Augustus Martin. The people are great, it’s a joy to work alongside people who are all striving for the same goal.
