twenty:22 is a small award-winning creative design agency located in East London, based within one of the UK’s leading print manufacturers within the retail and brand sector – Augustus Martin.

Our work incorporates 2D graphic and 3D structural design for POS (Point of Sale) and POP (Point of Purchase) across all retail formats and environments. With a long history working with retailers and brands we have built some strong client relationships over the years. Our portfolio features a wide variety of concept, design, art working, in-store visualisation, 3D structural display prototyping and mock ups within the retail industry.

twenty:22 would love to welcome a Middleweight 3D Structural Designer to join their small, friendly team, supporting the growing demand of client project requests. You will design, develop and produce 3D prototypes to a high standard and creativity within the required timescales.

Job Role                                  

  • Answering briefs within the parameters set by the clients, within the deadline with accuracy and to the highest quality
  • To create and provide accurate CAD drawings, assembly instructions, planograms and prototypes
  • Offering our clients a competitive advantage through innovation and consideration in the method of production and materials selections
  • When required, attend client, supplier and internal meetings
  • Ensure an ongoing and up-to-date understanding of production processes and limitations, and materials developments
  • Good communication skills to ensure full completion of all processes within each project – between departments

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience within the POS marketplace would be preferable
  • Working knowledge of cardboard, corrugated materials and manufacturing process
  • Highly proficient in Kasemake CAD software
  • A good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and any other Adobe creative cloud software
  • Good communication skills working alongside designers to develop structures from visuals
  • Demonstrable ability to design independently from creative concept through to full production
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to a high technical level under pressure and be a great team player.
  • Excellent POS and print production knowledge a bonus.
  • Ability to produce tangible ideas and creative solutions to design briefs quickly and accurately
  • A good understanding of retail POS and packaging experience is essential
  • Experience in using many types of cardboard and other materials such as Dufaylite /PVC etc
  • Keeping a happy, focused disposition when the pressure is on.
