High Level Sales Executive

Role Summary

This role involves the marketing and selling of Limehouse Studios’ (part of the Augustus Martin Group of companies) Marketing Relationship Management software, Fuze. This brilliant platform simplifies the process of delivering marketing activity and drives operational and spend efficiencies through the line whilst being vendor agnostic and technologically advanced.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the sales process, researching and identifying new market opportunities to attract new clients.

• Connecting and building relationships with key stakeholders to understand requirements through workshops, sales
  calls and conferences.

• Solicits information about software needs from customers.

• Drive company sales by constructing sales pitches and presentations.

• Actively prospects in areas where needs are identified.

• Stay abreast of market trends.

• Serve as a field customer service rep for clients who have questions or, difficulties.

• The ability to understand and pinpoint retailers marketing needs based on there existing operations.

• Astute and knowledgeable in engaging retailers and brands.

• Respond to pre-qualification questionnaires or information to tender documents.

• Negotiate commercial agreements in partnership with directorate.

• Perform problem solving to ensure our software is positioned as the solution to customers’ needs/requirements.

• Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of clients’ systems and/or processes
  to map to our software solution.

• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and supporting systems.

• Liaise with the software delivery team to assist with demos or handover of clients for delivery post win.

Client Services Executive (Junior)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adopt working practices briefed by Senior Client Services Manager.

  • Work in accordance to the agreed business process (efficient processing of client briefs and liaison between different internal
    teams).

  • Ensure KPI measures for Service Excellence are delivered upon.

  • Work with Sales Team to develop great customer relationships and play an active role in the on-going client relationship.  Direct client contact.

  • Gather information / material for monthly client account packs.

  • Provide proposals for continuous improvement.

  • Feedback on initiatives for individual customer accounts to add value and drive increased profitability.

  • Report on positive activity driven by the Group.

  • Report lack of compliance to business process.

  • Escalate issues and offer up solutions to problems.

  • Ensure client service KPI (key performance indicators) are delivered upon.

  • Work with senior peers to understand how you manage client briefs and interpret these for Augustus Martin Group (Design CAD / Print / Data brief for dynamic print / Logistics / AFD). Raise concerns where required to Senior Client Services Manager.

  • Communicate critical paths to clients and internal teams to manage expectations.

  • Review and fill in gaps in client briefs.

  • Drive product innovation.

  • Help build client knowledge centre.

  • Assist in the handover of jobs into scheduling.

  • Responsible for project purchase order cover for own projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE’S

  • Preferable Degree Level EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Customer Service experience

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Proven administration, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills

Skills and Knowledge:

  • An effective communicator (direct client conversation / internal teams).

  • Able to listen to provide a balanced response / plan to challenging situations.

  • Proficient in Excel (v-lookup, if statements, pivot tables, basic formula building).

  • Implement and follow business process.

  • Understand risk level and when to escalate issue to management.

Digital / Screen Print Apprentice

Learn and develop skills to be an accomplished print technician from experts with numerous years of experience.

Job Description:

• To maintain confidentiality of information and to comply with requirements related to the Data Protection Act.

• Participate in regular and ad-hoc meetings and liaison with team, departmental and institutional colleagues to ensure the

  successful operation.

• To undertake any necessary training and development required including appropriate health and safety courses

• Must have a flexible approach to working and be able to work effectively as part of a team and to follow policies and

  procedures as instructed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To learn the operation and basic maintenance of monochrome and colour digital printers.

• To learn the process of Colour Management for Digital Printing to achieve high quality output.

• To use RIPS and other print and design software in order to create print ready files.

• Using wide format inkjet printers in order to create posters and signage on a variety of media.

• To operate multiple print machines and work to a planned schedule.

• Ensure each job is signed off as correct before full production commences and sign off as complete at the end

• Confirm all jobs have first off approvals either full-scale or mini proofs

• Internally source material for each job and set up the machine correctly.

• Completion of print jobs in line with the production plan and successful interpretation of job cards/work instructions to customer       
   specifications

• All aspects of print finishing for digital and wide format print.

• A commitment to train for a Technical Certificate at NVQ Level 3

• To provide a professional service to customers delivering and collecting print and other work.

• Creating, editing and adjusting digital files to make them print ready.

• Ensure all products, materials and waste are clearly labelled and identified.

• Ensure quality checks are completed as per Company process.

• Observe all print processes and inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.

• Review system paperwork such as job cards for information and any other instructions. provided such as spreadsheets for accurate and efficient production.

• Work alongside other functions within the production area as required in order to ensure production output meets dispatch requirements.

• Report any breakdown, defects or rejections to the appropriate Manager.

• All work to be carried out with a customer focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a proactive work ethic.

• Prepared to go to college on a weekly basis

Experience, Skills and Knowledge requirements:

• The ability to use own initiative and 'think outside of the box' and to multi-task, work to tight deadlines.

• Detail-orientated.

• Personal time management and people skills.
